Blair Guest Room
A guest favorite in the summer, Blair features windows facing in three directions drenching the beautiful Tuscan Green walls with sunlight morning and afternoon. A peek out the window facing the back yard offers a look at one of our feeding stations where you will find all kinds of activity from dawn till dusk with a wide variety of birds as well as squirrels and chipmunks. The large draped windows facing the front of the house give a fabulous view of the front stone patio and gardens, to which Blair boasts it's own private entrance. The lovely wide board wooden floors give guests a glimpse of this rooms history, it was in fact used as one of the very first school rooms in Columbia County. An original closed brick chimney, an antique style iron queen sized bed plus an oak antique armoiore and chest highlight this gorgeous bright and airy room. Blair has a private full bath featuring a tub with shower, hair drier, and deliciously scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. This bright and cheerful room includes an electric fireplace, ceiling fan, central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet and flat screen television with cable.

Pocket Guest Room
Pocket, named for the double pocket doors on one of it's walls, is the house's quietest and darkest room. It's interior position in the house plus the fact that the drapes close this room off well make it especially suitable for those who are looking for a good nights sleep. The centerpiece of the room is a gorgeous high four-poster mahogany bed. Lush forest green walls and floral tapestry wallpaper give this room a rich cozy feel. The Victorian Mahogany antiques and beautiful artwork complete Pockets ambiance. But a special treat indeed is the up close view of our backyard hummingbird feeding station. Almost close enough to reach out and touch you will be entertained by these little gems with wings from early May through late September. This room offers a private full bath featuring a tub with shower, hair drier, and deliciously scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. Pocket has central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet and flat screen television with cable.

Gabor Guest Room
Facing the front of the house, guests in Gabor will be treated to both morning and afternoon sunlight and an up close view of our front stone patio and gardens. A queen size four poster bed with matching Hepplewhite antique chest of drawers are the focal point of this gorgeous bright and open room. Gabor features rose colored walls and beautiful oriental rug with a forest green sofa providing a cozy seating area that conveniently pulls out into a double bed, allowing this room to sleep four. This room, one of the largest in the house, offers a private full bath including a tub with shower, hair drier, and deliciously scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. Completing the comfort of this spacious guest room is central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet and flat screen television with cable.

Monica Guest Room
Monica is perhaps the most romantic spot in the whole house. Upon entering your room you will discover a Cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, cornflower blue walls and floral wallpaper accents. The Victorian iron queen sized bed with crocheted coverlet is exceptionally comfortable and lovely artwork, oak antiques, and Chinese carpet compliment this bright sunlit second floor room. With a spacious seating area, featuring a wooden rocker and table & chairs, there is still enough room for a twin roll away bed. Monica offers a private full bath featuring a glass doored shower, hair drier, and deliciously scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. This wonderfully atmospheric room includes ceiling fan, central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet and flat screen television with cable.

Deco and Nona Guest Rooms
For those traveling with family members or friends there is the Deco & the Nona. These two bedrooms and their shared bath occupy a screened off landing on the house's second floor. Looking down from their backyard facing windows you will find the perfect view of one of our bird feeding stations. Each room and it's bath have their own separate door offering a nice amount of privacy for this shared space.

The Deco, though the smallest room in the house, has a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and large closet which make it quite comfortable. The room itself is named for it's full sized “wrap around” Art Deco bed and several Art Deco antiques of birdseye maple. The Nona features two twin size mahogany beds with scrolled pediments. The beautiful floral wallpaper reaches up towards a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams. The room, though small, comfortably fits a turn of the century mahogany dresser, chair and a gorgeous needlepoint rug. These cute and cozy rooms have a shared hall bath featuring a skylight, a glass doored shower, hair drier, and deliciously scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. Deco and Nona each also offer central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet and cable television.

POLICIES

ROOMS
• All rates are per room, double occupancy.
• There is a $25 charge for each additional person per room.
• Check-In time is 2pm, Check-Out time is 11am.
• Rates do not include NYS Sales tax or gratuities.
• A full country breakfast and afternoon tea are included in all room rates.
• All private and shared baths have hair driers and toiletries.
• All rooms have central air conditioning.
• Coffee, tea, cold beverages & snack are available 24 hours a day.
• Free WiFi high speed Internet access is available to all guests.
• Cable television is available in our four largest rooms and in our dinning room.

GENERAL
• Smoking is NOT permitted within the inn.
• Children 12 and over are welcome at all times, younger children accepted only with prior arrangement when possible. Please contact the inn for details.
• We do accept well behaved dogs during our quiet season or whenever possible. Please contact the inn for full details and pet policies.
• Concierge service available for help with dinner reservations, tickets, information, directions and more.

CANCELLATION
• We are a small inn and cancellations affect us dramatically. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason we require at least 14 days notice.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a fee of 50% of your total stay if the room can not be re-rented.

SPECIAL EVENTS
• The inn and it's six guest rooms can be rented as a whole for private functions.
• On-site catering is available.
• We welcome the opportunity to host small weddings, family gatherings or retreats.
• We also welcome the opportunity to host non-overnight gatherings such as business meetings, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, or teas.
